This is a blog run by me, Mikko from Helsinki. Among a few other projects I own a small company that produces custom painted sunglasses. I do everything myself from producing the product to delivering it to my clients. "Just Enough" is a blog is about my life and all the ups and downs that come with being a small time hustler trying to make dreams come true, me fighting against everyday problems but also celebrating lifes small miracles that happen daily around us.

"Bboy Focus of Flow Mo" Back piece.
Here's the recipe:
Base:
4 Eggs
3 dl sugar
100 g of melted butter
2 dl cream
3 teaspoons of Baking powder
1,5 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
4 dl wheat flour
Frosting:
225 g butter
2,5 dl sugar
3/4 dl wheat flour
400g almond (sliced!)
3 tablespoons of milk
Melt the butter and add in the cream. Mix the flour, backing powder and vanilla sugar together. Whip the eggs and sugar in to a nice fluffy foam. Add the flour/sugar/backing powder mix in to the foam followed with the butter/cream mix as well. Stir all of it into an even paste and pour it on a oven plate. Cook it in your oven in 200 degrees celcius for about 12 minutes. During that time prepare the frosting: Melt the butter in a pot and add all the other ingredients to the mix. Let it just start to boil before you take it off the stove. Take the pie out from the oven and spread the frosting over tha base. Cook the pie still for about 10 more minutes, until the frosting gets a nice golden color.
